Is This Thing Still On?
Is this thing still on? I haven't a clue. I've decided, kind of by default, that until we move to Tempe in a week, posts will be kind of scarce. We see you (or you see someone we see) on a regular basis, so it seems reasonable that things will be in stasis for a week or two more. Naturally, this puts our out-of-area readers at a disadvantage, but it is only a week and there are only four-ish of you. Paul's job quest continues. He's applied for a couple of good positions and one company told him to call next week and set up a formal interview, which is exciting in a hurray-maybe-you-can-begin-a-career-and-pay-the-bills sort of way. We also have put a deposit down on an apartment, which seems like the right thing, but of course until I physically inspect it with a fine-tooth comb, I will worry about it. Mostly though, we're just trying to make the most of our time left in Provo before we leave everyone again.

If a person posts something on a blog and nobody comments on it, does it make a sound?
Hey, as long as you keep sending out the signal, those of us who subscribe to your RSS feed will keep listening.
By the way, are those "four-ish people" counted by families or by individuals? :)
Now the big question is, will you change the name of your blog to "Tales from Tempe" at the end of the summer? I have to admit - the fact that you can keep the alliteration is kinda cool.
I didn't make the connection we're moving to the same town until now. We're moving to Phoenix on the 14th-15th-ish. But we have no idea where to live. How did you find your apartment and how do you know it is not in the ghetto? I don't know when you'll see this comment but email me at sethpeggy@gmail.com if you have any tips.
Hurrah for a home of your own. (-ish).
Thanks for fitting me in with your wild making the most!
Bryan--Nice koan. I was counting by individuals who can read, so you, Cassia, Heather, and Mark are in, but Jonathan, Emma, and Kimberli are out. And yes, the name will change when we move. Most importantly, I have a RSS feed?!! People can subscribe to it?!! Great, now I have to figure out what that means. :)
Seth and Peggy--Hey, that's cool. I'll e-mail you what few tips I have.
Mary--You are an intregal part of making the most of things. How else I am going to have raucous adventures?
Jennifer,
1. Watch this video.
2. Get started with Google Reader (it's mentioned in the video). I've tried a number of news readers over this years, but this one's the best. By far.
3. Start subscribing to your favorite sites! You can start with ours (this feed for posts and this feed for comments), so you'll never miss out on our latest and greatest goings-on again.
4. Spread the word! Educate your friends.
Good luck with your new adventures. I definitely hope things work out with Paul's job search. Paying the bills is always kind of nice. (Or rather, being able to take care of them so you don't have collectors coming to make you pay them!) :) And definitely good luck with your new apartment. That's always hard--hoping that it's what you expect it to be, without too many nasty surprises. I hope it ends up being perfect for you! :)
You forgot Grandma and Grandpa in montana, that makes five?????
Love
Grandpa
